This quest [1969] is called 'Forced To Act!',

Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Due to the rising abundance of deaths and injuries of Tellerium citizens
venturing into Templeton, I have been forced to take action. I need you to
visit Lady Templeton and let her know I insist she put up signs alerting the
citizens of the dangers lurking about. You must also take with you a
Tellerium guard to help you put an end to these evil beasts' reign. Return
back to me for a reward well worth the effort! May the Powers guide and
protect you!
