for Adventurers levels 40 to 250.
Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
WITCHES can severely weaken their opponents with their magic. By
casting HEX, JINX and 'EVIL EYE,' they can lower their enemies'
saving throws, luck and courage respectively. Go and find a kindly witch to
learn the location of the scrolls for these spells and visit the instructor
to learn how to cast them. Once you are ready to practice them, travel to
the Palace of Diocletian to obtain the scroll and victim for your new
'EVIL EYE.'
