This quest is called 'Spellbook Building', for Adventurers levels 45 to 250.
Description of Spellbook Building:
By now, you have learned quite a bit about being a MAGE. Hopefully you
have a good grasp on a few spells. As you accumulate spells, you will
accumulate spellbooks. Spellbooks can be found all over the world. The
best place to find your basic run-of-the-mill spellbook is to visit any
town's local magic shop. In addition to these simple books, unique and more
powerful books are carried by creatures throughout the land. Visit the
magic shops in Sigil, Rune and New Rigel. Then head north to Desert Thorn
and visit the mage that carries a sandy spellbook. Finally head to the
Tower of Art. There is a very powerful spellbook in the library there. Use
caution when visiting the tower. It can be quite dangerous for adventurers
there.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 55 quest points, 5 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
