This quest [32081] is called 'Combat Debuffs',
for Adventurers levels 50 to 250.
Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
As you become more adept at witchcraft you will be hindering your opponents
with MALEDICTION and MALIGNANCY. MALEDICTION will lower your
enemy's armor rating and accuracy. MALIGNANCY will lower the amount of
damage they deal to you. Go and visit a kindly witch in this town and ask
her where the scroll for MALEDICTION is. After you acquire it, head to
the dracon shaman in Mandrake Woods to the north of here. If my memory is
correct, he is hidden somewhere on the way up to the Shadow Castle. After
you feel confident with your knowledge of MALEDICTION, head to Tellerium
and inquire where the scroll for MALIGNANCY is. Finally, visit the
instructor here in Xaventry to learn more about MALIGNANCY.
