Description of Mental Combat:
A true master of the mental arts can defeat an opponent without ever lifting
a finger. By using the power of their mind, a PSIONIC is able to damage
a target by casting: 'TELEKINETIC PUNCH,' 'TELEKINETIC BASH,'
'TELEKINETIC PIERCE' and 'TELEKINETIC SLASH.' Visit Arianus here in
Sigil to learn how to cast these spells, then travel to Lowangen. King
Cronus says that he has need of someone to help with a pest problem. Along
the way, visit Jacquard in Rune and Sorina to learn more about casting these
spells.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 5 practice points, 35000 experience points, and 2500 gold pieces.
