This quest is called 'Psionic Casting', for Adventurers levels
20 to
250.
Description of Psionic Casting:
The biggest, and some would argue only, difference between PSIONICS and
other Mages is the way they cast their spells. Instead of reading from a
spellbook, they cast with the power of their mind. While this does give
them drastically different spells than the other mages, they still share the
same thirst for magical knowledge. Go and visit Arianus and learn about
casting magic. He will send you to the library to meet with a couple other
PSIONICS that can further your training in spell casting. Finally, head
to the mountain village of Teolaven northeast of the Palace of Diocletian.
The PSIONICS there use a communal power source to cast their spells.
Find out what it is and see if you can find one of your own.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
35 quest points,
4 practice points,
40000 experience points, and
2500 gold pieces.
