Description of Mental Manipulation:
A PSIONIC can use their mind to physically manipulate objects in the
world around them. They can use this force to lift objects, allowing them
to carry more. A well trained PSIONIC can focus this force on small
objects, like the tumblers in a lock. Go to Lowangen and practice locking
and unlocking doors with Sorina. She can teach you how to cast KNOCK
and BAR. After you discuss these mental practices, head to Rune and
investigate where to learn how to use TELEKINESIS to carry more objects.
If my sources are correct, you will have to travel to the dangerous Sigilian
Underground. There is an old slaver's tunnel that you can use to get down
there. Talk to Jacquard to find out its location. Be very careful. The
underground is a very dangerous place!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 65 quest points, 6 practice points, 50000 experience points, and 2000 gold pieces.
