This quest is called 'Farmland Checkup', for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Description of Farmland Checkup:
The farmers of Rune have not been checking in with me recently. I am
growing curious about what they are doing and how their crops have been
fairing. I cannot send the Minister of Agriculture, as he is busy
inspecting realms further north at present. I must be kept informed about
any events that have been happening, good or bad so this is a good chance
for a young explorer such as yourself to get more familiar with the terrain
outside of town. I hope that you will be successful in your quest and bring
good tidings from the farmers and their overseers of a prosperous year for
the crops. Return quickly and I will reward your service well!

to 15 quest points, 3 practice points, 13000 experience points, and 1000 gold pieces.
