This quest is called 'Ranger Re-education', for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Description of Ranger Re-education:
Throughout Alyria, the Ilandrama has a reputation of being the premier
place to study for aspiring rangers. To become an accredited ranger and
graduate from Ilandrama, an apprentice ranger must undergo extremely
difficult and demanding training. One such apprentice has petitioned us to
find a tutor. To help him, you will show him places where he can train his
skills further. According to the instructors he is falling behind in his
weapons training, so visit Sigil's famous Fighters Academy and seek the
advice of the instructors there. Once he has mastered his fighting skills,
take him to the Temple of the Earth for a spiritual lesson from the priests
in their sanctuary. Finally, travel through the Ancient Grove to locate the
old ranger to learn of the ways of the forest. Once the apprentice has
completed this extra training, he should be able to improve his work at
Ilandrama. Your assistance in this will be well rewarded. Please hurry as
little time is left before he must face his exams.
