Questmaster: Lord Vendredi [Sigil]
This quest is called 'Rags to Riches', for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Description of Rags to Riches:
There is an increasing number of beggars, pirates and other trouble
causers roaming the streets of Sigil, a phenomenon that is unknown in the
neighboring town of Vospire. Something must be done to improve the lives of
Sigil residents before people begin to take matters into their own hands.
In the meantime, unwanted characters that are currently lurking around in
Sigil causing troubles should be dealt with as soon as possible. At the
same time, find out more about the lives of Vospire citizens and how the
King of Vospire as managed to rule his town so well, keeping it almost free
from crime (except the occasional rumble in the Town Square).
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
