This quest is called 'Unwise!', for Adventurers levels

119.
Description of Unwise!:
Shortly, a highly respected fish expert who has traveled all over Alyria
viewing and collecting all types of fish is coming to stay in Sigil. I had
arranged to have dinner with him tonight but completely forgot with all the
matters I have been sorting out. Canceling the dinner with him tonight is
not a wise choice seeing as he is widely respected and getting on his bad
side is not what I plan to do. You must search for the best foods in all of
Sigil so the castle cook's can prepare a feast for tonight's meal. Also,
travel around Sigil and Vospire in search of the most exotic fish you can
lay your hands on to hopefully impress him somewhat, before returning back
to me well before he is due to arrive. May the Powers guide and protect
you!
