Description of Creepy Creatures:
It has recently been brought to my attention that several undesirables
have been using devious methods to accomplish their aims. Traveling
merchants especially have been subject to surprise attacks and even had
possessions stolen from under their very noses. Additionally, inhabitants
of this city are becoming more and more frequently the victims of thieves
and other criminals. I need you to go out and find several of the ones
responsible as well as the places that they could be using to spy on their
victims. You will be well rewarded for your service to Sigil.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
45 quest points,
4 practice points,
30000 experience points, and
6000 gold pieces.
You have
200 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

Phase 3: Journey to
A Smoke Filled Corner.
Can be found in Artur's Coffee and Cakes, just go west once you enter. Artur's Coffee and Cakes is off of Periwinkle Road. —
