This quest is called 'The Lazy King?', for Adventurers levels
60 to
120.
Description of The Lazy King?:
Recently, I received a complaint from a concerned resident living in
Vospire who did not wish to be named. The resident stated that last week,
one of the houses in Vospire collapsed killing a child and injuring both
parents. Following this incident, the resident said he was shocked to
discover the King Of Vospire did absolutely nothing to stop this from ever
transpiring again. The resident asked me to do something about it, seeing
as the King would not. I want you to travel to Vospire, undetected by the
King and investigate the incident as well as checking a selection of random
houses and making sure they are not in danger of collapsing. May the Powers
guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up

Phase 2: Journey to
A Private Residence.
Private Residences are located on the street on the north end of Vospire as well as the street at the south end. All of the 'houses' are called the same thing so you may need a different one depending on whcih quest you have. —
