You see before you a commoner.  This person appears busy, as he moves his
feet quickly and shoves people aside.  Vospire is a busy city, and a place
of busy people.  He appears reasonably well dressed, with Vospirian garb.
He gives you but a brief seconds glance, before he shoves you aside and
proceeds on his way.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
