This quest [1976] is called 'Escapee',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
One month ago, a convicted killer escaped from the Rune Prison.
Following this prison guards put up posters showing and describing the
killer all over Alyria. A short time ago, a Sigil citizen informed me that
he noticed a suspicious character, whom he confirmed was indeed the runaway
murderer. I instructed several city guards to search the area but they
returned with nothing . Before the criminal has a chance to once again
escape past authorities, you must, at once journey to Vospire and Diocletian
and alert the heads of security about the sighting. I want you, also, to
inform the citizens living there to keep an eye out for the killer until he
is captured. May the Powers guide and protect you!
