This quest is called 'Minotaur Revolt!',
for Adventurers levels 121 to 180.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has come to my attention that over the past few weeks there have been
several attacks on citizens in Alyria made by Minotaurs. What makes this
news particular consequential is that a few of these minotaurs were thought
to have been friendly. This has caused many people to believe that
minotaurs can not be tamed. I am concerned that citizens may take it upon
themselves to hunt down minotaurs. Of course, this is far too dangerous as
many people under estimate the strength of minotaurs. I need you to spread
the news that we are doing everything we can to prevent the possibility of a
minotaur revolt. I would also like you to do your part to rid the lands of
minotaurs. May the Powers guide and protect you!
