This quest is called 'Sigil Fighting Academy', for Adventurers levels 60 to 80.
Description of Sigil Fighting Academy:
The Sigil Fighting Academy is a fine place to train and battle with
adventurers from all around. It is a great place for any adventurer to
visit, but lately reports have been coming to me that it is falling apart.
Citizens claim that the students are getting lazy and the instructors are
having trouble keeping some of them in line. Also, there are concerns about
some of the instructors as well as the other staff there. Go directly to
the Academy and check it out. If there are any trouble makers or students
that tend to be lazy teach them a lesson. Talk about this issue with an
instructor and report back to me so that I can determine if further action
is necessary. Your efforts will be well rewarded upon your return!
