Description of Jail Time:
Even good communities have those who occasionally stray from the path of
righteousness and thus the need for prisons. It is essential that the
prisoners be provided for humanely and that there is no abuse of authority.
Please visit with Raksann in Rune and then tour the jail there and compare
it with the prison in Lowangen then report back to me.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 27 quest points, 3 practice points, 18000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
