This quest is called 'Pony Problems', for Adventurers levels 40 to 90.
Description of Pony Problems:
Recently, I have received many letters from King Cronus of Lowangen and
he pesters me about one thing alone, stables. He has noticed that cavaliers
tend to avoid his town because they don't feel accepted when riding around
town. Also, if they lose their mount in battle they can't come to Lowangen
for assistance. He feels that for his town to be truly adequate he must
have stables and would like to know what they look like and of course, how
they are maintained. I would like to get King Cronus off my back so please
visit the various stables and their masters on Sepharia and report back to
him! I will be most grateful if you can get this taken care of quickly.
