Description of Brawls in the Hood!:
I'm afraid my brave Adventurer, that my Baron Rothchild in Pirate's Cove
is suffering from an out break of rioting. Now this in itself is of no
concern to me, well it wasn't until the rioting spread to my fair town of
Tellerium. Sort out the brawls here, then travel to Pirate's Cove and
dissolve the rioting there so that Tellerium may once again exist in peace
and harmony.
