This quest is called 'Deputizing the Townsfolk!', for Adventurers levels

110.
Description of Deputizing the Townsfolk!:
The Captain of the Guard just came to see me, a bit worried. It seems
that Xaventry is having some trouble with thieves, and there just are not
enough policeman to handle the threat. I need your help, loyal adventurer.
I need you to deputize one of the men in town to aid us in ridding this town
of the thieves. Lord Agrippa, Lord Vashir and King Cronus have agreed to
lend some equipment for the new deputy to use, because we simply do not have
enough to take from the guards already patrolling the town. I need you to
go and collect this equipment from them, and deliver it to the deputy. Aid
him in dispatching the menace, and report to the Captain when you are
through.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
50 quest points,
5 practice points,
12000 experience points, and
10000 gold pieces.
