This quest is called 'Giants of the Sea', for Adventurers levels 50 to 120.
Description of Giants of the Sea:
It recently came to my attention that the citizens of this town know
almost nothing about the beautiful nature you find outside of the city
walls. I'd like to make a trip to the ocean with them to show them the
giants that live there. I need you to go to the shipwright in Rune to
select a boat that is suited for such a trip and to search for areas where a
lot of sea giants can be seen.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 20 quest points, 4 practice points, 6000 experience points, and 3500 gold pieces.
