This quest is called 'Clean Up!', for Adventurers levels
40 to
80.
Description of Clean Up!:
New Rigel is famed for its clean streets as well as the panoramic views
found throughout the city. I like how clean our city has become, and wish
to expand our cleanliness into the surrounding areas. But this will require
some preparation including surveying the land to find out what we are up
against. I need you to go out into the wilds outside of New Rigel, and
locate specific objects to see how we can get rid of them. Every little bit
we get rid of will help further my plan to expand cleanliness. Once you
have found these things I'd like you to report back to a janitor. If you
can complete all that I ask of you, I will reward thee well!!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
20 quest points,
2 practice points,
16000 experience points, and
4000 gold pieces.

Clean Up! consists of:
Phase 1: Defeat
A woodland elf.
In any of the forest areas surrounding the towns of Xaventry, New Rigel or Lowangen. —

a few pine needles.
Definitely around Lowangen forest, supposedly in Callias mountains too —
