Questmaster:
Lord Vashir [
The Towne of New Rigel]
This quest is called 'Pest Control', for Adventurers levels
60 to
120.
Description of Pest Control:
I have been having terrible nightmares of rodents ever since I had a
minotaur shaman cure me of a nasty case of indigestion. Rats, mice,
squirrels and even beavers, are cavorting through my head at night, driving
me mad. Perhaps it had something to do with those mysterious bones? The
doctor has recommended that the only way to relieve my troubled mind is to
have the shaman executed and the pests exterminated. Although not
glamorous, nor very exciting, completing this task will be an enormous
service to me, and you will be duly rewarded. These odious rodents can be
found by journeying throughout Rune, Rune Forest, New Rigel, Lowangen and
the Arcane Archipelago, while the shaman is rumored to have made his home in
the forests near Lowangen. Kindly deal with the pests first then seek the
shaman. May the Powers guide you as you seek to right the balance!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
50 quest points,
4 practice points,
24000 experience points, and
4000 gold pieces.
You have
250 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

Cyrax
Phase 5: Defeat
A squirrel.
Go to Thieves Forest in New Rigel, a lot closer. —
Gorash
Phase 6: Recover
a bottle of antidote.

Ryo
Phase 7: Defeat
A minotaur shaman.
In the dark woods south of Lowangen. - Must be done last! —
Darling
This phase does not have to be completed last. —
Chanal
i killed a few before the end of the quest and i did not get this phase counted, so i am pretty sure you MUST do it last. —
Dez
This phase was still hidden until I completed phase 6. Once it became visible I killed a shaman and got credit for it. I still had 3 or 4 phases left so clearly it does not have to be completed last but you have to have another phase completed so that it is no longer hidden —
