Questmaster: Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel]
This quest is called 'The Poor and Needy', for Adventurers levels 40 to 90.
Description of The Poor and Needy:
Greetings adventurer! I am disturbed by how many of New Rigel's citizens
do not have enough to eat, and have no where to stay when the rain falls. I
am also astonished by how many of our lower grade citizens can only get very
little, if any, medical attention. Seeing as I cannot stand when the people
of New Rigel suffer, I have decided to make a soup kitchen, so that they may
eat when they are hungry. I also want to put a housing facility in our city
so they have someplace to sleep. I am going to need your help to do all of
this though, so you will have to visit a few of the lower class citizens of
New Rigel and feed them for the time being. I also want you to visit the
doctor, and ask him to attend a meeting with me so that we may discuss
medical coverage for all. Finally I want you to go and visit Lord Agrippa
to find out what he has done to limit the poverty in his city. May the
Powers be with you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 3 practice points, 9000 experience points, and 6500 gold pieces.
