Rocks of all sizes spill forth from the mighty levee that bisects Lake
Whompfish.  There is an odd stillness in the air, it is devoid of sounds or
movement of any kind.  In the middle of the lake, a large fish leaps full
over the breakwater sending a tidal wave in the other direction.  The
fishing would be wonderful if only there were a hook big enough to catch
such a monster.  Continuing over the the lip of this crude seawall, the path
enters into a more plush area to the southeast.
