A firm fill of sand and gravel slope upward to the western edge of a
slippery bridge.  The path is compacted into one solid wedge from the
forceful steps of the dense ogre feet.  The gangway is decorated with large
smelly bowls of peat, fish entrails and gumph that smolder from a hot coal
placed deep within.  They line either side of the ramp like some caustic
runway filled with toxic smoke.
