The Cavhfail Intelligence Archives is the library of everything the Fey
have ever uncovered since they began their organized intelligence effort. 
As such, it encompasses vast amounts of information on the Sidhe, as well as
the various races of Alyria.  Chances are, if it is policital, military, or
historical, it is somewhere in this library.
