Broken into the massive mound of trash surrounding Winton, this valley
serves as a conduit between locations of importance.  The mushy, unstable
ground is covered with fragments of salvaged items, broken glass, and grime.
The humid air reeks of decay so strongly that even the gentle northerly
breeze does nothing to alleviate the smell.  The valley continues to north
toward the residential areas of town, while the southwest leads begrudgingly
toward the waste processing center.
