The processing yard is bustling with activity at all hours as citizens
wade through materials looking for anything of value.  A large mound in the
center of the clearing serves as the final dump site for unusable matter,
while everything of value is taken by handcart up through the valley to
town.  Each area of the yard has a specialty, this one appears to be
clothing.  What they can't use is passed to every specialist before it's
declared absolute waste.
