Buckets, bins, and other containers are haphazardly strewn about this
area of the processing yard.  Several yards to the east is the outer
boundary of the crater it is contained in, the mountain of waste serving as
the source of the city's processing industry.  The yard is divided into
specialized areas, this one appears to organize useful metals and salvaged
parts.  As material is passed around the yard, each station evaluates it,. 
When it's finally declared useless, it is deposited in the center.
