The back of the processing yard is used to obtain any good food left in
the growing pile of garbage.  While it may be unsanitary to begin with, this
area is equipped with some nice wells used to clean anything potentially
worthwhile.  The stench of rot hangs in the air, as the central mound of
declared waste bulges with rancid food in this direction.  Anything that
might be salvaged elsewhere is passed on, and workers constantly cart things
to and fro.
