A small door opens eastward to the docks by the Inn.  The first thing one
notices about this place is the copious smoke and the stale smell of
alcohol.  The murmur of laughing and foot steps makes it hard to even think.
Burly, suspicious men abound, drinking and talking loudly.  Directly to the
west a small stair case ascends to a second floor.
