The room is dim due to terrible lighting.  Little natural light enters
through the frosted, translucent windows.  No one has taken the time to
clean the bar in ages, and the floor is sticky with residual liquids from
past patrons.  A few small casks stand in crevices behind the bar.  
     A long 'L' shaped counter rests in the southeast corner of the room.
A recruiter intimidates visitors to join his captain's fleet.
A short, grizzled man stumbles around with a mug in one hand.
An old salt merrily drinks a tall mug of ale.
