Some old salts stand around drinking their alcoholic beverages.  To the
north, barely visible through the smoke, is a set of stairs that ascend to
the second floor of the Inn.  The air is moldy and warm, making anyone
uncomfortable.  The ocassional sound of a harmonica or lute rises above the
ambient murmur of talking.
