Lost in an endless circle of fog the rocky tower to the north trickles
with sound.  No light is visible but the area radiates with magic.  The
magic is powerful and darker than the starless night that hangs ominously
over it.  Shadows edge their way through the corner of one's eye and
disappear into the still black chill.  A creaking can be heard to the south
like that of a ship perpetually rolling in the wake of a storm.
