A billowing cloud of moist vapor forms a wall that flows in circles about
this area.  A soft wailing can be heard from all around, its melodic rythm
making it sound almost like a sad dirge.  Standing high above in the center
of this strange fog bank is a small tower of coral whose top disappears into
the darkness.  An endless trickle of water has eroded a path down the line
of stepping stones that spiral about the tower leading to its peak.
