Salty ocean swells, invisible in the all-consuming darkness, slap
stinging surges across one's face.  The bow of the ship dips and rises
threatening to cast onlookers into the frigid ocean.  Discernible by touch
alone is the broken masthead that leans awkwardly out over the edge of a
watery death.  Precariously tied to the underside of a fallen plank is a
salted and tanned corpse.  Its emaciated face stares in the horror of its
final moments, strangled in cords and forever on the verge of falling over
the side of the ship.  
Swirling ominously overhead are large storm clouds, lit by occasional flashes of lightning.
