You are within the confines of the Castle of Shadows.  The room is rather
large, about 15'x 15' and consists of hard black stone walls.  Three
hallways going north, west, and east lead to various areas of the castle.  A
single chandelier hangs in the center of the ceiling.  It is made of wood
with six candles burning dimly, dripping wax down low.  Exits lead west,
east, and north.  South will take you out of the castle.  A steep staircase
winds upwards to a balcony close to the chandelier.  
     A black stone brick lies on the floor here.
     An ancient iron key lies on the ground here.
