Oceanic Lane is the southern most road in Atlantis, squat little houses
on either side of the road indicates that this road is mainly residential. 
Merfolk swim leisurely westhward towards a large, ornate building, a temple
or palace perhaps.  The road is paved with small rocks from the nearby
volcano that have been pressed tightly into the soft earth beneath.
