This Mermish building has a tranquil air about it, accentuated by the
shimmering white domes that make up the roof.  Clear water, several inches
deep, fills the slightly recessed floor of the entire building.  Though not
entirely underwater, light passing though the domes casts soft, slowly
shifting patterns on the walls, creating the illusion of being completely
submerged.
