This quarry is filled with several giants wielding primitive mining
tools.  While it might at first seem odd that they do not use better tools,
after observing a few strokes from a pick nearly obliterate an entire
section of the quarry wall, the efficiency of this operation is no longer a
question.  The ever steeper Peekos mountains rise to the east, impassable,
even to the giants.  The quarry continues in all directions except the east.
Many slaves of all races scurry about the feet of the giants, collecting the
raw material that is hewn off the walls.
