Surprisingly, this room has several rugs covering the floor, making it
seem quite a bit more luxurient.  Several paintings, some quite well done,
hang on the walls.  Most depict famous battles of the past, but several are
of the magistrate himself.  Several lamps light this room, their combined
light almost making you forget you are so deep underground.  A hallway is to
the south.  
A large obesse man slouches behind his desk, grunting as he reads over some papers.
