Passing through the heart of this little protected sanctuary, Fort Avenue
leads right to the doors of the fort proper.  To the east, a large tent
rises and sounds of many voices can be heard.  To the west, the clang of
metal work comes from a seperate tent.  Fort Avenue continues to the north
and south.
