This is the entrance foyer to the Genauras Barracks where the military
recruits are housed.  To the west are the sleeping accommodations and to the
east is a busy hallway which leads to the enrollment office and the
Lieutenant's chambers.  To the north is the mess hall.  The sounds of
various activities flurry in from all directions.  A small wooden sign
stands on the floor with writing across it.
