A row of long tables is positioned straight down the center of the room. 
Along the wide side of each table is a wooden bench that will seat at least
ten military recruits.  At the back of the room a counter stretches from the
east wall to the west with several serving trays set up in buffet style upon
it.  On the east side of the room the countertop is lifted on a hinge
permitting people to pass through.  Behind the buffet is the busy military
kitchen.
