During high tide great waves crash against the reinforced wall that
follows the coast of lower Avros and sea birds circle overhead.  While still
not an affluent section of Tellerium, the atmosphere here is decidedly less
dangerous than on Gulf Street closer to the docks.  Sounds of activity come
from the warehouses on the north side of the street and the occasional
laborer appears.  Laughter and the sound of clinking beer bottles can be
heard from the north.  
     There is a weathered wooden hitching post here.
A squab is looking for scraps when you scare it.
