Belleck Way is an L-shaped thoroughfare connecting Scrane Lane with
Francis Street.  Bordering the back of the Jasper Circle estates on two
sides, it leads through some of the most expensive real estate in Tellerium.
Here the road makes a sharp bend leading north to Scrane and west to
Francis.
