Belleck Way is an L-shaped thoroughfare connecting Scrane Lane with
Francis Street.  Bordering the back of the Jasper Circle estates on two
sides, it leads through some of the most expensive real estate in Tellerium.
Rising before you is the majestic Royal Cathedral, dominating the landscape
to the south.
