Footsteps ring out, bouncing off the high arched granite ceiling of the
building housing the seat of government in Avros.  Intricately detailed
plasterwork decorates the walls reflecting the design of the marble inlaid
in the floors.  Through the door to the north is the Chamber of Elders and
the office for the head Elder is east.
